ACQUISITION FORMS (NKF09)

This Program has over 30 forms of on it, the majority of which are Agreements, relating to the acquisition (or sale) of oil and gas properties:  both producing and nonproducing.  These forms consist of Confidentiality Agreements, Offer Letters, Purchase and Sale Agreements, and closing documents used in connection with an acquisition or sale transaction.

Like all Kanes Forms Programs, the Acquisition Forms Program:

•    Provides all forms in text format in both MSWord.

•    Runs on any Windows operating system.

•    Is available on both a CD and USB Drive.

•    Allows you to use the Program on multiple computers.

•    Allows you to use all the forms as many times as you want to.

1.    The forms are listed in the same order as they appear in the Program; divided into topical sections.

2.    There are no sample forms of Acknowledgments, but forms of Acknowledgments for all producing states are included in the Acquisition Forms Program.
