CARBON USE AND STORAGE FORMS (NKF10)

Part of the country thinks about sequestering Carbon Dioxide (CO2).  Those in the energy business think of using CO2 for enhanced oil recovery (EOR).  This Program has forms that may be used for sequestration or EOR operations.

The Program:

•    Has all forms in text format, both in MSWord and RTF.

•    Runs on any Windows operating system.

•    Is available on a CD or USB Drive.

•    May be used on multiple computers.

•    Allows you to use the forms as many times as you want.

1.    The forms are listed in the same order as they appear in the Program; divided into topical sections.

2.    There are no sample forms of Acknowledgments, but forms of Acknowledgments for all producing states are included in the Carbon Use and Storage Forms Program.
