POOLING AND UNITIZATION FORMS (NKF06)

The Pooling and Unitization Forms Program has over 35 forms primarily of Agreements, providing for pooling and unitization.  In addition to Declaration and Designation of Pooled Unit, the Program includes forms of Unit Agreements for federal and fee leases, and related forms concerning the dissolution of units, ratification of units, and documents pertaining to the effectiveness and termination of units.  

Like all Kanes Forms Program, the Pooling and Unitization Forms Program:

•    Provides all forms in text format in both MSWord and RTF.

•    Runs on any Windows operating system.

•    Is available on both a CD and USB Drive.

•    Allows you to use the Program on multiple computers.

•    Allows you to use all the forms as many times as you want to.

1.    The forms are listed in the same order as they appear in the Program; divided into topical sections.

2.    There are no sample forms of Acknowledgments, but forms of Acknowledgments for all producing states are included in the Pooling and Unitization Forms Program.
